Polar Caves Park in Plymouth cools off spelunkers with a tour through a network of rock caves and passages. This is also the place to lean about the history of maple syrup in what may be the world's only a museum of maple syruping. Mount Washington is the highest peak in the East, and the winding, twisting Auto Road to the top is a driving adventure.
